Pune: In a profound demonstration of community spirit and social responsibility, MIT Art, Design, and Technology University organized a transformative blood donation campaign to celebrate the 42nd Foundation Day of the MAEER’S MIT Group of Institutions. This event underscored the university’s dedication to making a significant societal impact.

Held at the MIT-ADT University campus, the initiative attracted over 100 dedicated donors, reflecting the university’s mission to promote empathy and service. The campaign’s success was a testament to the collective efforts of students, faculty, and esteemed guests who supported this noble cause. The inauguration featured distinguished attendees, including Dr. Atul Patil, Director of MIT School of Holistic Development; Prof. Hanumant Pawar, CEO of PERA India; Prof. Dr. Suraj Bhoyar, Director – Student Affairs; Dr. Suresh Paradhe, Blood Transfusion Officer at District Hospital, Aundh Pune; Dr. Imran Khan, Blood Transfusion Officer at Sassoon Hospital, Pune; Dr. Ajay Huple; Mr. Sharad Desale, Social Service Superintendent at Sassoon Blood Bank; and Mr. Sudam Bharkade. Their presence highlighted the collaborative effort in achieving this significant milestone.
